Unlock your potential.

Professional coaching for strength, performance, and rehabilitation.

A Glimpse into my own health journey...

What began as artistic exploration evolved into a deeper fascination with biomechanics, human potential, and the pursuit of lasting vitality. Like many in traditional fitness and dance culture, I once believed that more training and more discipline meant better health. In reality, the lifestyle I was leading—over-exercising, under-eating, and pushing through fatigue—led to burnout, hormonal imbalances, and a loss of joy. While those challenges were difficult, they became the catalyst for my transformation.

Seeking a more sustainable path, I pursued advanced training with the CHEK Institute, where I studied holistic health, corrective exercise, and kinesiology. Through that journey, I learned to honor the body’s natural rhythms, integrate training with recovery - principles that now inform both my dancing and my coaching. I’ve found that performance and wellness are not separate pursuits, but expressions of the same creative life force.

My mission is to empower people to reconnect with themselves, cultivate strength from within, and rediscover movement as a joyful, sustaining art. Drawing from my diverse background of dance, voice, Pilates, traditional and functional strength training, Kettlebells, ELDOA and SomaTherapy Techniques, I guide clients through a highly personalized, integrative approach that blends performance and rehabilitation seamlessly. Together, we unlock the body’s potential, restore alignment, and create the conditions for energy, grace, and freedom of movement.

Ultimately, I believe wellness is not a destination but a dance—a process of listening, aligning, and celebrating your body’s innate wisdom. Through my dual work, as an artist and practitioner, I aim to inspire others to live vibrantly, move with ease, and create a life where strength and joy naturally coexist.

  • "Taylor is amazing - she brings knowledge, passion, and kindness to what she does! She has a deep understanding of the body, movement, and broad wellness in general, and uses that to target unique needs. She also spends time explaining not only the exercises, but the why behind the work, so that we can connect the dots and take that knowledge with us. Her approach is warm, patient, and kind, which I very much appreciated. 1000% recommend Taylor!"

  • "Taylor is a wonderful catalyst to anyone’s fitness goals. I have been working with her for 2 years now, and first started seeing her as I was recovering from a herniated disc. What sets her apart is an academic approach to training, as she has an understanding of anatomy that she brings to training. She diligently puts in time outside of sessions to come prepared with tailored programs for her clients. She is also a lovely person and very friendly and approachable in answering questions about the what and why of any exercise routine. Overall I would encourage anyone on the fence to take the leap and work with Taylor to achieve their fitness targets."

  • "Taylor’s class was so efficient and professional, really exceptional. As if she had a medical degree! Her curation of exercises truly take the Pilates philosophy to the next level, and her understanding of anatomy delivered in such an intelligent way. She walked around full room and explained the exercises so clearly, so that everyone got it. There are serious athletes who come to her class - including the head of all orthopedic surgery at HSS who told me Taylor’s pilates is the best class. I wish it was on weekdays too!"

FAQ

  • We begin with a virtual discovery call to review your history, goals, and determine whether my services are the right fit.

If we agree to proceed, we’ll schedule an in-person comprehensive CHEK assessment. During that session we’ll evaluate posture and muscular imbalances, movement mechanics, and strength capacity. The findings create a solid foundation for a tailored, comprehensive program design.

  • Pricing follows a tiered structure: consistency drives the best results, so larger investments deliver greater value. Specific pricing and package details are discussed during your discovery call so we can identify the options that best fit your goals and budget.
